Our friend, Alexandra Corbet – Co-Investigator with the Binding Health Project at the Boston University School of Public Health – recently wrote a super helpful blog about binding. It is an excellent summary of current research on the mental, physical, and emotional impacts of binding, plus concrete tips for clinicians on how to be an effective, sensitive and supportive care provider to clients who bind. You can find more details here.
If you have the means to do so, please consider donating to support our work. We provide free legal and wellness services to Two-Spirit, transgender and gender non-conforming people across British Columbia, Canada.
